ASML Marathon Eindhoven (8)

Registrations for the ASML Marathon Eindhoven 2026 are now open.

On Saturday, October 10th, and Sunday, October 11th, Eindhoven will host the 42nd ASML Marathon Eindhoven. Registration for this popular running event opens today. Last year’s starting tickets sold out within days of the event opening, and it’s expected that this year’s available starting spots will be in high demand as well.

For years, the ASML Marathon Eindhoven has been the largest two-day sporting event in North Brabant. During the marathon weekend, young and old are invited to participate in various distances. The main event is the international marathon, where many personal records are broken every year. The full program is as follows:

Saturday, October 10
– Eindhoven Marathon Urban Walk (10 & 15 km)
– ASML Your Marathon Challenge (1.195 km)
– Kids Run (1.5 & 2.5 km)
– BrabantSport City Run (5 km)

Sunday, October 11
– ASML Eindhoven Marathon (42.195 km)
– ASML Half Marathon (21.1 km)
– Quarter Marathon (10.55 km)

Remco van Dooren, Alderman for Sports for the Municipality of Eindhoven: “It’s wonderful to see that the ASML Eindhoven Marathon is an event that everyone can participate in. From young athletes to experienced runners and from enthusiastic walkers to fast competitive athletes. This event connects and gets the entire city moving.”

BrabantSport proudly sponsors the City Run
We are proud to announce that BrabantSport, one of the five TeamNL centers in the Netherlands, will officially sponsor the City Run during the ASML Eindhoven Marathon starting this year. BrabantSport has been closely involved with the event as a partner in recent years. Starting this year, the City Run will continue as the BrabantSport City Run, thus connecting elite sport with recreational sport.

Nienke Nijenhuis, Managing Director of BrabantSport: “At BrabantSport, we believe in both sides of the coin. For us, elite sport is more than just winning and performing. It’s a powerful source of inspiration. A platform where talent develops, dreams become reality, and achievements demonstrate what’s possible with dedication and perseverance. At the same time, we use that inspiration to get society moving. Because when elite sport inspires, recreational sport follows. Then young and old will exercise together, colleagues will lace up their running shoes, and friends will run those first—or perhaps fastest—kilometers together.”

Belgian Championship
The Belgian Marathon Championship will also take place on Sunday, October 11th, during the 42nd edition of the ASML Marathon Eindhoven. The championship has been part of the ASML Marathon Eindhoven for many editions.

Run and walk against cancer
In 2026, the ASML Marathon Eindhoven will once again support the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF). Participants can create a fundraising page through the “Run against cancer” or “Walk against cancer” initiatives and get sponsored. Those who raise at least €500 will receive a special KWF running shirt. There’s also the option to obtain a starting ticket through KWF. In 2025, a record amount of €587,666 was raised for cancer research – a figure the organization hopes to surpass.

ASML’s Time for others
After last year’s successful launch, participants can once again donate their time to others on Sunday, October 11th. The Quarter Marathon and ASML Half Marathon will also run past the Philips Stadium this year, making them part of ASML’s Time for Others. The intention is to also offer this opportunity to participants in the full marathon, depending on the final course. With the addition of an extra 300-meter lap through the Philips Stadium, runners have the opportunity to symbolically donate their time to someone else. For every participant who completes this route, ASML will donate an amount to a local charity. Participants can also start their own fundraiser, supporting selected local charities.

“With Time for Someone Else, we connect the energy of the marathon with support for local charities. This aligns with ASML: we’re moving together and making a difference in the region at the same time.” — Marjolein de Hooge, Head of Social Engagement at ASML
